Instructions :
Every principal will be given two user id’s.
One is admin id (college code) which will be for entering the details of the college and for verification of the staff application.
Second id (Employee id ) for his personal transfer application.
All the principals should first fill the college information by entering admin id so as to enable to fill the transfer applications of Staff.
